From Sapiens: We want to inform you about the upcoming maintenance activity scheduled for the Azure Stingray Production (Production) environment servers.
Maintenance Date and Time: Timing – Start Time : 11-23-2025 01:00 AM EST. End Time : 11-23-2025 10:00 AM EST.
During the maintenance window, there might be a temporary disruption in the availability of services hosted on the Production environment servers.
Confirmation Email: Upon the successful completion of the patching process, the Stingray SCS team will be sending a confirmation email. Kindly await this confirmation before proceeding with any application functionality checks.
